Ashley Marie Perez Obituary (1991 - 2022)

Ashley Marie Perez, 31, of Ontario California, passed away on November 17th, 2022. Ashley was born August 8, 1991, to Julian "Pancho" and Kristine Perez in Brawley, CA. She attended local schools and graduated from Brawley Union High School in 2009 with honors. She attended Cal State San Bernardino and earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and was a sister of Delta Sigma Chi Co-Ed Fraternity. Most recently, Ashley's love for conversation and coffee led her to be a manager at Starbucks where she was well loved by staff and customers alike. She was also a Wells Fargo associate and has left an imprint on her coworkers at both locations. Ashley's bright eyes and infectious laughter brought joy to all who had the honor of experiencing her and her unbounded love. She loved all things coffee, her dogs, her family, her friends, corny dad jokes, craft beers, dia del Los Muertos, listening to music, the 49ers, Disney and being a foodie. Ashley is preceded in death by maternal grandparents Lois E. & Max G. Wendell, paternal grandfather Francisco P. Perez, uncle Refugio Perez, cousin Omar Beltran and uncles, Stuart, Frank & Robert Wendell, and Cousin John C. Wendell. She is survived by her parents, Julian and Kristine Perez, sisters, Julianne Perez and Rosemary Collins, brother-in-law, Brandon Collins, nephew, Vincent Collins, niece, Ryan Collins, grandmother, Daria Perez, uncle Jesus & Rosa Perez, aunts Maria & Jesus Robles, Elena & Luis Beltran, Martha & Pedro Trujillo, Patricia & Octavio Carrillo, Eva Perez, Teresa Valenzuela, Michelle Wendell, Josie Ponce, and numerous cousins Visitation will be held at Frye Chapel & Mortuary, 799 So. Brawley Ave. Brawley, CA from 6-9 p.m. with rosary at 7p.m. on December 8, 2022. A mass will be held at St. Margaret Mary Church at 10:00 a.m. on December 9, 2022, with burial at Riverview Cemetery immediately following.
