Cleotilde Altamirano Sanchez Obituary (1941 - 2021)

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our mother, Tille Sanchez on November 12, 2021 of Alzheimer's/ Dementia. She was born August 10, 1941 in Brawley to parents, Manuel Altamirano and Estella Salazar where she was raised and attended school. She was married to Epigmenio G. Sanchez Jr. on November 6, 1957 in Winterhaven, Ca. She was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Estella Altamirano; brothers, Eduardo Altamirano, Chalio Altamirano and Manuel Altamirano Jr.; father-in-law, Epigmenio Sanchez; mother-in-law, Gertrudes Sanchez; brother-in-laws, Joe Gaxiola, Angel Vasquez and Tommy Denson; sister-in-laws, Julia Vasquez and Jennie Sanchez. Cleotilde is survived by her husband of 64 years, Epigmenio (Chayen) Sanchez, Jr. daughter, Sandy Sanchez Brittain (Tommy) of Brawley; sons, Eddie Sanchez (Letty) of Imperial; David Sanchez (Veronica) of Brawley; and Armando Sanchez (Anita) of St. Peters, Missouri; sisters, Elvia Tabarez; Maggie Carpio; Stella Mendoza; Susan Chavez; Candy Arguilez; brother, Jesse Altamirano; sister-in-laws, Aurora Gaxiola and MaryLou Denson; ex-daughter-in-law, Sylvia Sanchez who loved her as a daughter; close family friend, Gregory Arterberry; 13 grandkids and 11 great-grandkids. Visitation will be held November 29, 2021 from 8 to 10:30 a.m. At Frye Chapel & Mortuary. Rosary will begin at 9 a.m. Mass will begin at 11 a.m. At St. Margaret Mary Church. Burial to follow.
