Eddie Ascencio

On Sunday, January 22, 2023, Eddie Ascencio, loving husband, passed away at the age of 59.

Eddie was born February 26, 1963, in Brawley, CA. In 1998 he met Gracie Dominguez, they married June 7, 2001, and were married for 22 years.

Eddie was preceded in death by his father Celso and mother Juvencia.

He is survived by his wife Gracie Dominguez of Brawley, his siblings Yolanda Short (Glen Short) of Las Vegas, Patricia Garcia (Bobby Garcia) of Las Vegas, Alex Ascencio of Brawley, David Ascencio (Gina Ascencio) of El Centro, and Delilah Ascencio (Fernando Farjardo) of Las Vegas, his children Eddie Ascencio Jr. of Brawley, Gabriel Ascencio (Yesikah Ascencio) of San Diego, Catherine Marie Ascencio (Ernesto Garcia) of Brawley, Frank Ascencio of Brawley, Stepchildren Concha Alvarez of Brawley and Gene Alvarez of Las Vegas and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Frye Chapel in Brawley, CA at 9am. Then proceed to Riverview Cemetery.
