In Loving Memory of Margarita F. Beltran October 17, 1942 ~ March 23, 2024 With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to Margarita F. Beltran, who peacefully departed this world on March 23rd, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on October 17th, 1942, in Mexicali, Mexico, and her life journey was one marked by warmth, kindness, and an unwavering devotion to her loved ones. Margarita, affectionately known as "Maggie," touched the lives of many during her 81 years with us. Her radiant spirit shone brightly through her 20 years of dedicated service at Ben Hulse Elementary School, where her infectious smile and positive outlook left an indelible mark on all who crossed her path. A woman of many passions, Maggie found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life. She cherished moments spent surrounded by family, especially her beloved grandchildren, who were the apple of her eye. Her home was a sanctuary of love and laughter, where she loved preparing her famous sandwiches and capturing cherished memories with her camera with her family. She also was a big fan of dancing and listening to Los Tigers Del Norte. Devoted to her faith, Maggie was an active member of St. Anthony's of Padua Catholic Church, where her compassionate heart found solace in serving her community. Every Sunday, she offered her time selflessly, embodying the true spirit of love and kindness. Maggie is reunited in eternal peace with her beloved husband, Basilio Beltran, and her sons, Basilio Jr., Esteban, and Francisco. Although she has left this world, her legacy of love lives on through those she held dear. She leaves behind a legacy of love that transcends generations. Maggie is survived by her cherished sister, Maria, her brothers Francisco & Guilberto, her sons Albert F. Beltran and Jose Beltran, along with a large and loving family including 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren. As we mourn her loss, let us also celebrate the beautiful life of Margarita F. Beltran. Her memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to have known her. Visitation to honor Maggie's life will be held on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024, at Frye Chapel and Mortuary in Imperial, CA, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Mass will take place on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Imperial, CA, at 11:00 AM, followed by her interment at Evergreen Cemetery in El Centro, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to St. Anthony's of Padua Catholic Church in memory of Margarita F. Beltran, honoring her lifelong commitment to faith and service. Though she may be gone from our sight, Margarita's love will forever illuminate our hearts. May she rest in eternal peace, knowing she was dearly loved and will be profoundly missed.
