Patricia Carol Mahler

Patricia Carol Mahler passed on January 21, 2022, at the age of 72. She was born on September 8, 1949, in Brawley, CA to Clarence and Maxine Freeman. Patricia Carol Mahler was an accomplished published author, artist, sewing master, cook, counselor, teacher, ordained minister, and beloved matriarch to many family and friends. Her beautiful smile was warm and comforting and her laugh was always genuine and contagious. She was thoughtful in everything that she did and often made personalized gifts with awful gift wrapping that would jokingly be referred to as her only flaw. She was a humble servant of God and she would spread His word at any given opportunity, preaching to young and old, rich or poor. She was as gentle as a lamb but always fierce in her convictions and those around her could physically feel the power of her prayer and be soothed or healed of their suffering. She was a priceless asset to her community and to this world and she will never be forgotten. The service will be held at the Brawley Assembly of God Church on Saturday, February 5th at 11:00 am. Services will be officiated by Michael Laskey. The family strongly insists on face masks regardless of vaccination status.
